Our Roots

In 2015, our founders, Rebecca and james, set out to build a restaurant that people could eat at every day of the week. what would that take? it would have to be healthy, fast, affordable for anyone, and showcase flavors so unique and craveable that people couldn’t help but tell others. rebecca, a life long fine dining chef, took flavors and techniques she learned all over the country and turned them into dishes that could be served in just a few minutes for under $10.

We work hard marinating, searing, roasting, blanching, and pickling everyday, so that we can create food worth craving and telling your friends about. We're inspired by taking the freshest produce possible, and introducing it to incredible flavors from all over the world. We stand for pushing boundaries - in our work, in our ingredients and our flavors.
